I understand that life can be unpredictable and that health, emotional wellbeing, and personal circumstances can change quickly. My cancellation policy is designed to honour both your needs and mine, while maintaining a supportive and respectful therapeutic space. If you need to cancel or reschedule: More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge Within 24 hours: A 50% fee may apply to honour the reserved time Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: The full session fee may be charged I encourage open communication. If something significant or sensitive has happened, please reach out as soon as you can. I will always approach your situation with understanding, compassion, and without judgement. We can discuss together what feels fair in that moment. By booking, you acknowledge and respect this policy, which helps me provide reliable, attentive care to all clients.
