Hi i'm Ellie, a Nutritional Therapist and Mind-Body Practitioner with a passion for helping women feel understood, supported, and empowered in their health. My work combines science-backed nutrition with a holistic, compassionate approach that honours the powerful connection between the mind and the body.

My path into this profession was shaped by my own experiences navigating chronic symptoms and feeling unheard within conventional healthcare. Through my personal healing journey, I discovered the transformative impact of nutrition, nervous system regulation, and truly understanding the root cause of symptoms, and I now support other women to experience the same shift.

I specialise in chronic pain, nervous system regulation and digestive wellness. I work with women who are tired of “just coping” and want to feel at home in their bodies again. My approach goes beyond symptom management; it’s about understanding the whole person from your lifestyle, history, emotions, environment, to your unique biology to create a personalised and sustainable path to lasting change.

My mission is to give you the tools, confidence, and knowledge to reconnect with your body, feel supported in your healing, and step into a life where you can truly thrive.
